Nutella Cheesecake

Hello! This one is really good! I tried it and I wanted to take a picture but when I get there it was already missing a piece (my boyfriend didn't know were it went :P). The only think I have to say is that I didn't use 500g of Philadelphia I used 400g, I didn't had more, and it was perfect. This cheesecake is perfect for kids, was a really strong taste of nutella. Hope you guys like it!

Here is the recipe:

250g of Plain Sweet Cookies (Graham Crackers / Digestives etc)
100g of Butter
400g Jar of Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread)
500g of Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar (about 70g)

How to make it:
1º Put a Nutella soup spoon in a microwave save container with the butter.
2º Crush the cookies in a bowl and mix with the melted butter and Nutella.
3º Mix the Philadelphia Cheese with the sugar. Add the Nutella and mix it again.
Place the cookie dough in a bowl. Squeeze.
5º Place the Philadelphia mixture on top of the cookies.

Hi everyone, did it again and took it pictures! Here are my Nutella Cheesecake photographs, hope you like it!
