Nutella Lava Small Cakes



Ingredients: (fills 3 ramekins)
100g of dark chocolate
100g of butter (unsalted)
1 large spoon of nutella
2 eggs
1/3 cup of caster sugar (superfine sugar)
1/4 cup of self raising flour (you can use plain flour with a pinch of baking powder)
1 teaspoon of nutella for each lava cake

Method:
Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 15 mins for gooey centre. The longer you cook it will determine how gooey the centre will be. Cooking at 180 degrees celsius for 22 mins will leave you with a moist cake, but not gooey centre. I drop the temperature slightly if you want to cook it for longer.
