Red Chicken Curry

Here goes my Red Chicken Curry recipe. I hope you guys like it!

In first place I cut the chicken in little pieces and add salt and pepper.

This is the Red Curry Paste I used.

Then I added a tablespoon of red curry to the Coconut Milk (400ml).

Also added a tablespoon of red curry to the chicken and mixed it.

Cut a red pepper and a tomato.

Fry your chicken in a little bit of olive oil and then add the tomato and the pepper. 

Finally add the coconut milk to the chicken. I had to change to a bigger pan because it was to much to the smaller one.

I have to say it was delicious. I took about 30 minutes but I would advise you to cook it for a little bit longer so it tastes better. Hope you like it! If you try it, let me know! Have fun!
